A stunning architectural achievement, the Zoellner Arts Center is located on the beautiful Lehigh University campus in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Opened in 1997 and now celebrating its 10th anniversay, Zoellner Arts Center's many features include the acoustically superior 1,002-seat Baker Hall; the intimate 300-seat Diamond Theater; and the 100-seat Black Box Theatre. A dramatic three-story lobby and visual art galleries create an interesting, inviting environment. In addition there are reception venues, a museum shop and a parking deck. The 105,000 square foot facility, named for Vickie and Bob Zoellner ’54, is the fulfillment of a dream to provide a much-needed laboratory for learning, performing and visual arts for the university and the entire Lehigh Valley community.
Zoellner Arts Center has hosted NEARfest for five of our eight years and is truly where the festival calls home. In addition to the many rooms and halls that we convert into vending, autograph signing, and eating areas, we are most grateful to be able to take full advantage of Baker Hall. The beauty, size, and acoustic design of the concert hall only add to the musical and visual experience that NEARfest has to offer.
Parking is available in the parking garage adjacent to the Zoellner Arts Center. The parking garage provides covered access into the building (from the third level deck). There is also metered, on-street parking along Packer Avenue.
The Zoellner Arts Center Box Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call 610-7LU-ARTS ext. 0 (610-758-2787 ext. 0) for tickets and other information.
