Deadlines and Payments

Table Reservations are CLOSED. All space has been filled. Thank you!
Reservations must be made by contacting Mike Ostrich. Vendors are permitted two tickets per table per event (NEARfest and the preshow).

Load-In and Vending Times
Load-in will begin at noon on Friday afternoon into the two designated vendor rooms. Vending will open Friday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:30pm, prior to showtime. Friday vending is optional but recommended! Otherwise, you may begin load-in first thing Saturday morning.
Vending on the days of the event starts promptly at 9:00am and runs until 11:00am when the first act begins on stage. Vendor rooms will be locked during performances (and overnight) and reopen for each stage change and the two-hour dinner break. There will be no late night vending.
